Lead the senior rowing team in training, competition strategy, and athlete development. Responsible for planning training schedules, coaching at regattas, and mentoring junior coaches.
Assist in developing junior rowing talent through structured training programs. Work with young athletes aged 14-21, conduct talent identification camps, and support competition preparation.
Utilize data analytics and sports science tools to optimize athlete performance. Monitor training loads, conduct biomechanical assessments, and collaborate with coaching staff on evidence-based strategies.
Plan and execute state-level rowing championships and regattas. Handle logistics, vendor coordination, volunteer management, and ensure smooth conduct of multi-day competitive events.
Drive sponsorship acquisition, brand partnerships, and media relations for RRA. Develop marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, and grow the association's public outreach.
Conduct rowing training sessions at district-level centers across Rajasthan. Introduce beginners to the sport, manage equipment, and maintain safety standards during on-water activities.
